What's New This Week w/c 29.06.2015
Hi folks
After a long absence due to external pressures I am back with more additions to the SQR website for your delectation . New additions this week include a Miracles 45 on UK Fontana, Dennis Lotis (backed by The Fleur-De-Lys), Rupert's People, BB King, Prince Buster, Neil Young, The Saints, Ray Charles, The End, Elmore James, The Smiths and a new issue from The Ghost Box experimental stable. With such a varied selection I hope there's something for everyone; there will also be another tranche of items going into the 'Sounds For A Pound' section.
Just a reminder that as a one person operation, I do struggle to make a reasonable number of additions to the database with any sort of regularity, so if you are looking for anything in particular that you don't see listed, please ask as it may be on my shelves simply waiting to be added to the site. Your constructive criticisms are also always welcome, one of which has recently been answered with the 'new additions' section, which means that regular readers don't have to go through the whole site to see what the latest items are.

What's New w/c 22/09/2014
After something of a hiatus I can report a few new matters and items. You will have seen that there are 2 short-cuts available to take you from the Home page to the 'Sounds For A Pound' section and also the new 'Sounds Primo' rarities section. Both these sections duplicate the information for the individual items contained in the regular database but form a hopefully more convenient link for those seeking cheaper (£1 or less) or rarer (£20 and over) items. Item-wise, one stand-out 45 comes out of my own collection with great reluctance - Vernon Allen's 'Far I Come' from 1964 on the UK R & B label; having seen demand for it increase exponentially of late I have decided to let it go to a good home - will it be yours, Ska fans? There will hopefully be numerous cheapo 45's going up for sale throughout the week - happy browsing to one and all!Hi Folks, 26th March 2015
Hello visitors
Many apologies for the lack of activity recently, a situation which I hope will be remedied as soon as possible. Coming shortly will be a section devoted to classical albums, with some 78's to add later on. There will be a new facility for the convenience of regular vsitors to the site, which will comprise just new arrivals (i.e., for the previous 2 weeks); new arrivals will be shown in that section as well as in the appropriate section of the main site. After 2 weeks of being in the new arrivals section, any unsold items will then just be displayed in the main site.

What's New w/c 4th August 2014
Hello music lovers, some more additions to the site this time round including some U.S. and U.K. soul 45 issues, a Viv Stanshall 45 on Harvest, and issues by Caravan, Tyla Gang, scarce 45's from The Playboys and Bob Marley and 2 very tasty items, Adriano Celentano's 70's club thumper' The Language Of Love' and an Elvis Costello promo 7" on crimson vinyl with 4 tracks from his 1986 'Blood and Chocolate' album - a must-have for any self-respecting Costello fan.
